I'm not sure, but I don't think I've hit the memory limit yet.įurther edit: I ended up de-rating it to +120 and +500 at no +Voltage. ![]() It has something to do with the PhyX simulations, and disabling and re-enabling the display driver in the devices section of the control panel fixed it whenever this error occurred. Up the memory by 5 MHz, THROTTLE.Įdit: Nevermind, figured it out. It happens when I do literally anything: change the voltage offset to. I just bought an EVGA GTX 980 Ti Hybrid, and all my attempts at increasing anything seem to result in immediate permanent throttle of the GPU to about 1/2 the regular rate, and the only way to reset it is to reboot. I'm starting to get awfully close to the 1418 mhz it boosts without OC out of the box in OC mode. UPDATE It just crashed at 1450 mhz during heaven benchmark. And sometimes the fan jumps up to 100% while gaming and then immidiately back down again. It also has quite distinctive coil whine, but i'm not sure if that's good enough reason for a RMA. Any tips? Or am i just stuck with a bad card? Setting the memory to stock doesn't help either. Whatever i do i cant get it stable at anything over 1450mhz. +0 mv (additional volt doesn't help the OC) I have the same card as you with these settings:ġ450 mhz GPU Clock at boost (anything above this crashes)
